Refund policy

Right of withdrawal and procedures.
The buyer of the products Supersprint.com.au may withdraw unconditionally from the purchase contract to the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of goods by sending letter with acknowledgment of receipt at the following address:

Supersprint.com.au will repay the sum paid to the purchaser for the purchase of products and shipping costs (excluding the cost incurred in returning the property) with the notification of withdrawal should be provided the following data:
. number and date of the invoice;
. in the event of a partial withdrawal description and quantity of products that are returning;
. bank on which to obtain the transfer of reimbursement.

- The buyer who exercised his right of withdrawal must within 15 days of receipt of goods arrange for its return (in whole or in part) by ordinary parcel post.
The reimbursement of the sum will be made with the form chosen and free of charge within 15 days of the return of goods, after checking their state. In particular, we require that the product returned:
. is intact, new and unused;
. has not undergone any type of damage;
. still in its original packaging.
All of the returns are subject to a restocking fee.
